Sales Engineer
You will be responsible for multiple activities from pre-sales support to solution customization, to technical expertise and more. As a pivotal member of the sales team, you will be responsible for understanding the unique technical needs of potential clients along with demonstrating how our SaaS solution can address those needs.
Customer Success Manager
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the post-sale customer lifecycle, ensuring successful product adoption, and maximizing customer satisfaction and retention. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them achieve their goals. We need someone who is skilled at building relationships, solving problems, and working independently.
Product Manager
The Product Manager will be a core part of our product development team turning company strategic initiatives into concrete product changes. You will be responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and the product development team, taking requests and turning them into product requirements while working with our Software Architects and Sr Software Engineers to validate technical feasibility and requirements.
