TBOAM, a facilities management company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is under contract from a number of large residential and commercial complexes to install and maintain utility equipment and perform other maintenance functions. Before VLogicFM was installed, all maintenance operations were done on phone calls and paper and pencil. With VLogicFM, residents and others facing problems would log into the system or make phone calls to the company’s services coordinator. The coordinator would schedule technicians’ visits and when the work is done, they would register the hours and parts spent on the task. All this information is available for the management to review and determine performance indicators. Overall, productivity and customer satisfaction were increased.
