Duane Harris is Chief Operating Officer of VLogic Systems. Prior to joining the company, he was co-founder and board member of VMS Software, Inc., a global, mission-critical enterprise software company that serves Global 2000 companies in industries such as manufacturing, energy, telecommunications, financial services, healthcare, transportation, and government. He brings over 20 years of top management and entrepreneurial experience.

Before VMS, Duane was the CEO of Nemonix Engineering, Inc. a manufacturer of custom engineering solutions for enterprise OpenVMS hardware customers. He was also vice president of operations of Cambridge Publications, Inc., a New England firm specializing in business process training; and president of ScreamDesign, Inc., a successful investor-funded portal for web developers. Duane received a J.D. degree from Boston University School of Law and a B.A. degree from Harvard University.

Terry R. Holmes is Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of VLogic Systems leading the company’s sales and marketing efforts. Prior to joining VLogic Systems, he was CRO at VMS Software, Inc., a mission-critical enterprise software company that provides operating system software and services for several markets including FinTech, Energy, Healthcare, Transportation, Manufacturing, and Government. He has over 25 years of C-Suite experience.
Terry has significant successful experiences in senior sales management, business development and marketing. Prior to VMS Software, he worked in the custom engineered solutions space for many years and prior to this worked for two engineering technology divisions at Polaroid Corporation in the greater Boston, Massachusetts area.
Terry is a graduate of the University of Michigan – Ross School of Business. In addition, he has completed several executive education courses. When he is not engaged in VLogic activities, Terry is active in his community and a pickleball enthusiast.

Paul Aruldhas is the Executive Director of Software Development at VLogic. Paul has a career spanning many decades in software development and IT technologies. He was Joint Director of Centre for Development of Advanced Computing which is a large research and development organization focussed on software and hardware technologies in healthcare, transportation, and municipal administration. He managed a team of engineers on projects ranging from systems for hospital management, railway ticketing, road traffic control, human resources management, airport services billing for airlines, etc.
Paul holds a master’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Kerala University, India.
