VLogicFM Scheduling’s room booking solution is entirely self-contained. You only need what you probably already have: a web browser like Chrome/Edge or an Android/iOS mobile device. You don’t need to install any third-party software or acquire any new hardware.
Do I need a team to manage the bookings and reservation requests?
No, VLogicFM’s room scheduling software can be configured to fully automate the booking process using self-service on a “first come, first served” basis. The system is also flexible enough to include workflows if the customer wants certain rooms to be approved by a human manager.
Can I limit who can book certain meeting rooms?
Yes, users with administrative privileges can limit booking access to certain meeting rooms by project or department. Only users belonging to those projects or departments will be able to reserve those rooms.
