How to Reserve Room/Room Reservation and Meeting?
This section explains how admins can reserve a meeting room for themselves by entering meeting details, selecting a suitable room, and confirming the reservation.
Room Reservation Types
VLogic supports three types of room reservations to accommodate different meeting formats and workspace requirements. Each reservation type determines how the room will be used and whether online meeting information is required.
1. Offline Reservation (Room Only)
This reservation type is used when the meeting takes place physically in a room.
a. The user selects a date, time range, and an available room.
b. No online meeting link is required.
c. Suitable for in-person meetings, workshops, or room-only bookings.
2. Online Reservation (URL Only)
This type is used when the meeting is held entirely online, without a physical location.
1. The user enters a Reservation Link (e.g., Zoom, Teams, or Webex URL) while booking.
2. No room needs to be selected.
3. Best for virtual meetings where no physical space is required.
3. Hybrid Reservation (Room + URL)
A hybrid reservation supports both physical room usage and an online meeting link.
A. Admins select a room and enter a meeting URL while booking.
B. Enables participants to join either in person or remotely.
C. Ideal for mixed-mode meetings that require both onsite and online attendance.
