How can I add a VLogic layer?

Navigate: System Settings →Drawings → Settings→VLogic Layers→ Add button.

            1.  Clicking the “Add” button opens the “Add Layer” page.

          2.    Enter the Layer name, description, and choose a label color from the color palette, and click Save to create a new layer.
